Chef Manager Greg
Our Chef Manager, Gergely Kiss, has been cooking up amazing food for over ten years with Wilson Vale. From Hungary, Greg has always loved cooking, food styling and working with people. In a typical day as well as cooking, he co-ordinates the team, mentors and trains kitchen skills, writes menus and plans theme days and functions.
